SpaceX is preparing to become a public company. SpaceX has lined up another compute deal ahead of its historic IPO, this time with Google. The company announced the deal in a regulatory filing on Friday. The deal is similar in length and scope to the one SpaceX announced with Anthropic in late May. SpaceX didn’t say which specific data center Google would be using. SpaceX is a company making its public debut, facing complexities with investors who backed it through special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
